How do I order?

 To begin your bespoke stationery journey, simply get in touch via our contact form or email us directly with your wedding date, guest numbers, and a little insight into your vision.

Do you have a price list?

Because each suite is entirely bespoke, pricing can vary depending on your chosen finishes, quantities, and magical details. Once we learn more about your dream day, we’ll create a custom quote tailored just for you.

However, to help guide you, we do offer an enchanted pricing guide filled with inspiration, optional upgrades, and fairy-worthy finishes.

Can I see samples before I order?

Of course! We offer a Sample Pack filled with beautiful pieces to help you see and feel the quality of our craftsmanship. Each sample is curated with care and gives you a glimpse into the magic we create. While they won’t be your exact design, they will give you an idea of the textures, print methods, and luxurious finishes we offer. Samples pack fee is €30 + p&p and can be ordered here

How long does the process take?

Bespoke design is a little like weaving a spell, it takes time and care. We recommend allowing 6–8 weeks from design consultation to delivery, though this can vary depending on the complexity of your suite and the season.

Rush orders may be possible for an additional fee, should your fairytale be unfolding on a tighter timeline.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we send our parcels of paper magic across the globe. Each order is carefully wrapped, tracked, and delivered with the utmost care, no matter how far the castle gates may be

Can I customise everything?

Absolutely. Every element of your suite—from fonts and colours to ribbons and wax seals, is chosen to suit your unique story. Together, we’ll dream up a design that feels like you.

When should I order my wedding stationery?

To ensure everything is ready in time for your guests' arrival, we recommend booking 10–12 months before your wedding day. For summer weddings or popular dates, earlier is always better, as our bespoke calendar fills quickly.

Do I get to see a proof before printing?

Yes—every suite begins with a dream, but nothing goes to print until you’ve approved the final spell. You’ll receive digital proofs of each piece to review, and we’ll make any edits needed to ensure everything looks just as you imagined. Only when you’ve given your royal seal of approval do we begin the printing process.

What happens if I need to change something after I approve the proofs?

Once proofs have been approved, your suite enters production and from that point on, no changes can be made. Each piece is carefully prepared just for you, so we ask that you review every detail with care before giving your final approval. Of course, if something unexpected arises, we’ll always do our best to help wherever we can, but reprints will incur additional costs.
